It’s the final week of Holiday Club—and we’re going out with a bang! After six weeks of creativity, friendship, and fun, it’s time to celebrate all we’ve shared. Carnival Week is packed with colour, dancing, games, glitter, and prizes—a joyful goodbye to a summer full of memories.
As well as the thoughtfully planned timetable of activities below, each day, children have the choice to take part in a variety of sports and physical activities like basketball, football, skipping, bouldering and bench ball, as well as a wide selection of arts and crafts materials to choose from. They will also enjoy lots of free-time in between scheduled activities where they can play board games, colouring, Lego competitions, group games, dress ups, junk modelling and more.

Tuesday 26 August
We’re thrilled to welcome the one and only Fred in the Shed to our holiday club for juniors aged 3–6 years! Get ready for laugh-out-loud magic, silly fun, and tons of audience giggles in a show specially designed for little ones. On top of this hilarity, we will enjoy carnival mask making, popcorn bag decorating, and a vibrant painting station. After snack, the outdoor fun begins with mud kitchen, water and sand play, and sports on the field. Midday brings classic carnival games: Ball in a Bucket, Hook a Duck, Lucky Dip, Guess How Many Sweets in the Jar (Prize awarded) We’ll end with a friendly group football match led by our encouraging staff.
The day begins with pampering and hands-on fun! Children can enjoy organic henna, a visit to our nail bar, and colourful temporary tattoos. They’ll also stir up delicious drinks at our lemonade station. The afternoon is packed with action: forest play, gym sessions, and field games, before we welcome coaches from Maidenhead United for an exciting football session. We’ll round off the day with some water play and our group game of Football — a great start to a high-energy week! —focusing on ball skills, teamwork, and fun. Later, we’ll play table tennis, visit the photo booth, and spend more time in the forest and outdoors.
It’s time to bounce to your heart’s content on the bouncy castle. We’ll also prepare mini corn dog bites for lunch and rotate through fun carnival-style games like: Ring Toss, Punch a Hole for a Prize, Balloon Dart Game, Don’t miss the Guess the Teddy’s Name game—the winner brings home a new cuddly friend! We’ll wind down with peaceful forest play to reflect and relax.
It’s party time! Children will make their own pizza bread for lunch , craft bracelets and Hama bead keyrings, and get ready for the ultimate celebration. The Junior Disco kicks off after snack, complete with: Pass the Parcel, Musical Games with Prizes, Stop and Throw, a visit from Sass and Sparkle with glitter, glam, and festival vibes, and Spin the Candy Wheel for surprise prizes! We’ll also make time for one last round of outdoor play, sports, and forest fun, wrapping up our summer with dancing, laughter, and big smiles all around.
