Get ready for an epic festival bonanza to wrap up the most awesome summer! There will be classic games like hook-a-duck and tin can alley, you can dive into the lucky dip, and test your skills at the guessing booth. Get your sparkle on with glitter tattoos and henna, and treat yourself to a scrumptious ice cream from the Simmy Whippy van. Movie time awaits with our favourite super villain Gru, and we’ll shop til we drop at the Bishop’s Centre! Let the good times roll! See below for what we have in store each day. Tuesday 27 August

This week is all about celebrating the final week of summer holidays and having fun with our friends before we start the new school year. Today we will have a cake race where the winner gets a prize. We will make our own festival lanyards for the festival week ahead. We are going to head out on a shopping spree at the Bishop Centre, perhaps to buy those last minute stationery items needed for school. We will work up an appetite and enjoy a special McDonald’s lunch treat.

Wednesday 28 August

Today there will be traditional fun fair games like Hook-a-Duck, Lucky Dip and the Guessing Booth and we will make and devour homemade doughnuts. There will be a park visit and sporting activities too. We will have a nail and beauty bar where you can get glitter tattoos and paint your nails. We will play balloon darts and the egg crate bean toss.

Thursday 29 August

We are off to the cinema today to enjoy one final movie before the return to school. On our way back we will stop by the local park to play on the equipment and play some group games with friends. We will play ping pong ball toss, rocket blast, pick a pop and the sticky tic tac toe game.

Friday 30 August

Wow, what a summer! The last day of club is always wild. We end every summer holiday club with pizza and a disco and this year we have taken the party to a whole new level. We have Sass & Sparkles coming to do amazing facepainting and a Disco Man to get the party going. There will be Domino’s pizza, an ice-cream van and a whole range of activities and games including Spin the Candy Wheel and Prize Punch Board.

Each day, children can take part in a variety of sport and physical activities like basketball, football, skipping, bouldering and bench ball, as well as enjoy a variety of free-time activities including board games, colouring in, Lego competitions, group games, and a wide selection of arts and crafts materials to choose from.

Please note: While we do plan to visit the park every day, this is weather dependent.
