The Role
As a Holiday Club Assistant, you’ll help deliver exciting, engaging days for children aged 3-14 years by:
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting fun, safe, and inclusive activities
- Encouraging creativity, teamwork, and confidence
- Helping create a welcoming environment where every child feels they belong
- Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and Wise Owls values at all times
