Wise Owls Childcare is a leading provider of childcare services in the Maidenhead and Reading area for children aged 8 weeks – 14 years. We operate two Breakfast Clubs, three Afterschool Clubs, a Holiday Club and three Day Nurseries.

🧸 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building magical connections with children and their families, and your team.
  • Implement fun and engaging learning activities for children.
  • Documenting milestones and celebrating achievements of your key children with their families.
  • Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities.
  • Being an integral part of a positive, motivated team.

Whether you want 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week, we can work with you to build a role that fits your life. Shift patterns range from 7:45am to 6:15pm.

💚 Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding all children and therefore all applicants will undergo safeguarding training and need to undertake a DBS check paid for by the company. We follow safer recruitment practices and therefore ask all applicants to complete a full application form before the interview and trial process takes place.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 42.5 per week

💚 Experience:

  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
  • Other experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
