Wise Owls Childcare is looking for qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our Clubs team. We have a range of full-time, part-time and term-time opportunities available in our after school club and holiday club settings.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
- Supporting children’s daily routines, including meal times, personal care and outdoor play
- Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment
- Working as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare and education
Depending on the role, you may have the opportunity to work with children from 8 weeks to 14 years of age across our nursery and wraparound care settings.
Flexible Hours
We offer a range of flexible options, for example:
- Option A: Monday–Thursday (12 hours/week) | 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Option B: Monday–Friday (15 hours/week) | 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- When: Term time only (for opportunities to work full-time, get in touch with us as we have a lot of flexible options)
