Full sessions are from 8:30 am – 5:30pm. Day fee includes exceptional care within mandated ratios and includes a wide range of activities. Some activities and outings may attract an additional fee and this will be shown on the bookings page. Meals can be booked at an additional cost and should be booked at the time of booking your session. Meals include a morning snack, lunch and tea (at least one hot meal per day).

 If you wish to cancel a booking we requires two (2) weeks’ notice in writing by e-mail which will be acknowledged by our bookings team.  We charge a £10 admin fee per booking reference for this service. If  you cancel a booking less than 2 weeks before the holiday club commences,  you will not be refunded for that session.

We accept payment from all childcare vouchers and via tax-free childcare. If you are paying via childcare voucher or tax-free childcare, these payments must be made the same day as the booking is made. If this payment is not received at this time a £5 admin fee may incurred or your booking will cancelled within 48 hours. Tax-free childcare is a government scheme that allows all eligible parents of children under 12 – to open an online account to pay for childcare and early education. You could save significant money in a tax-free childcare account, so we encourage parents to look into this. If you get Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider. You can’t use TFC at the same time as Childcare vouchers, Universal Credit or Tax credits.
