26 – 30 OCTOBER

Junior Club 3-6 years old

Creativity • Adventure • Friendship • Freedom to Explore

Our Juniors Holiday Club is getting ready for a spooktacular week of Halloween fun! With a packed programme of creative activities, messy play, games, outdoor adventures and exciting special events, there’s plenty for children to discover, make and enjoy throughout the week.

From pumpkin carving and potion making to spooky baking, Halloween crafts and dressing up, children can get stuck into something new each day. Alongside our planned activities, they’ll have plenty of opportunities for free-flow play, with everything from Mega Bloks, trains and cars to role play, puzzles, board games and cosy spaces for stories and relaxing with friends.

Monday 26 October – Let the Spooky Fun Begin!

We’ll kick off the week with a day full of Halloween creativity and hands-on fun. Children can make dangling spiders from egg cartons, create their own spooky play dough and get creative at our Halloween craft table. In the afternoon, the Halloween fun continues with a spooky messy-play tuff tray, before children get creative making ghostly shortbread biscuits and their very own mummies using junk modelling materials. To finish the day with a bang, we’ll have an action-packed afternoon with the Flamingo Club entertainer and a fantastic bouncy castle!

Tuesday 27th October – Tricks, Treats & Pumpkin Fun

Tuesday is all about getting creative and embracing the Halloween spirit. Children can bake delicious gingerbread spider web biscuits, have a go at pumpkin carving and create their own Halloween-inspired artwork. There’ll be plenty of time for dressing up and free-flow play throughout the day, with opportunities to build, role play, play games and explore outdoors. In the afternoon, children can make their own Halloween cards before getting involved in play dough activities and a selection of group games and challenges.

Wednesday 28th October – Movie Magic

Wednesday brings one of the week’s most exciting adventures as we head off on the bus for a special trip to the cinema! After getting ready for our outing, children will enjoy their film and lunch at the cinema before heading back to the club. Parents are welcome to send children with a cinema snack from home if they wish. Back at the club, we’ll continue the Halloween fun with creative card making and plenty of free-flow opportunities to play, explore and spend time with friends.

Thursday 29th October – Pumpkins & Popcorn Magic!

Thursday is packed with Halloween-themed creativity. Children can make spooky lanterns from milk bottles, create their own popcorn hands and get creative at our craft table. They can also enjoy water-based Halloween tattoos and plenty of free-flow play, with dressing up, role play, construction, puzzles and outdoor messy play available throughout the day. In the afternoon, the creativity continues with spider chocolate crispy cakes and Jack-o’-lantern making, alongside more Halloween crafts and tattoos!

Friday 30th October – The Ultimate Halloween Party!

We’ll end the week with the ultimate Halloween celebration! Children can come dressed as their favourite spooky character for our special fancy dress day. After enjoying a delicious Domino’s pizza lunch, it’s time to party with an in-house Halloween disco featuring musical games, limbo, pass the parcel and plenty of dancing fun. There’ll also be a lucky dip and classic Halloween games including Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin, making it the perfect frightfully fun finale to an action-packed half-term!
