Marketing and Communications Assistant – Part time
Looking for a flexible, part-time role where every day feels different and full of purpose? We’ve got just the thing!
Join the Wise Owls Childcare team as our Marketing & Communications Assistant and help us share the magic of what happens every day in our nurseries and clubs — from messy play and muddy puddles to heartwarming milestones and hilarious conversations with children.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants flexible part-time hours – either 3 full days or 5 shorter days – and is excited to use their creativity, organisation, and love for storytelling in a setting that’s never boring. Whether you’re already experienced in marketing or just starting out and keen to learn, you’ll be supported and guided by the Head of Sales, Marketing and Communications along with a small, friendly team who love what they do.
From capturing joyful snapshots of nursery and club life to writing parent newsletters, dreaming up social media posts, enhancing customer experience, supporting the website, and designing fun flyers for our clubs and nurseries – no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of telling our story and helping families and staff feel connected, informed, and excited to be part of the Wise Owls family.
If you’ve got a way with words, an eye for design, and a soft spot for little learners, come bring your ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to a role where your work will have real impact — and certainly make you smile every single day.
