Week 1 - Explorers Week

Tuesday 2nd – Friday 5th April 2024

Join us for this exciting Explorers Week where children will enjoy the early signs of spring in the beautiful outdoors growing flowers and hunting for mini beasts!

Our Juniors (ages 3-6 years) love this exciting week of creativity, physical activity, and much more! Relax in the knowledge that your child is in good hands with our team of qualified early childhood practitioners. Join our Junior Club and meet new friends while engaging in a variety of activities and games that are designed to enhance your child’s development.

Like a home away from home

In a very relaxed, comfortable environment, children have access to a wide range of games and resources every day at our holiday club, including board games, sensory trays, play dough, water and soap play, table football, air hockey, lego construction, and an exciting range of art and craft resources. Children have the option to participate in scheduled activities or retreat to a quiet corner for relaxation whenever needed.

Imagination playground

We will work in teams to create dens and our artistic skills will be put to the test with garden windchimes, bird feeders and mixed media pictures. We will be painting with bubbles, making grape caterpillars and butterflies.

Get Active

We will have a wide range of outdoor activities to keep children engaged and active throughout the day. We provide a positive and supportive environment for activities such as dodgeball, football, climbing wall, bench ball, blob tag, obstacle races, musical statues, and much more. This week, your child will go on bug hunts in the park and take part in relay races with their friends.

Let’s Discover

This week we will be exploring everything in nature, with bug hunts in Grenfell park, sensory trays with mini beasts and growing our own flowers. We will take an exciting trip to Boulter’s Lock on Wednesday to enjoy an ice cream and play at the park.

Week 2 - Princesses & Superhero Week

Monday 8th – Friday 12th April 2024

We have an exciting week planned with a focus on princesses and superheroes - encouraging imaginative play and creativity among children aged 3-6. Experienced early childhood practitioners ensure a safe and engaging environment for your children to socialise and develop through various activities and games.

Imagination playground

Children will get creative by making Captain America shields, superhero cuffs, magical wands, Cinderella pumpkin carriages, friendship bracelets, superhero masks, and more. Imaginative tea parties and play with sparkly dough await.

Get Active

We have a wide range of outdoor activities to keep children engaged and active throughout the day. We provide a positive and supportive environment for activities such as dodgeball, football, climbing wall, bench ball, blob tag, obstacle races, musical statues, riding scooters and much more.

This week, your child will enjoy a game of football and dodgeball and will have the chance to participate in relay races and obstacle races.

On Wednesday, we are taking a trip to Mad House Soft Play followed by a picnic at Green Park for a day of exploration and adventure.

With a range of activities from arts and crafts to outdoor games, baking, and messy play, children will have a week full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable experiences at Wise Owls Club!
